About Frugal Frou Frou 

Welcome to Frugal Frou Frou.  We hope you enjoy your shopping experience.  My sewing experience began at the age of five.  My grandmother was a seamstress by trade and taught me how to sew on her Singer treadle machine.  I have always loved fabric and trim and wanted a way to express that love.  I kept seeing all these lovely handmade purses and was not willing to pay the prices that I saw so Frugal Frou Frou was born.  I made one bag and immediately started getting orders.  We have been adding to the line as we find new, fun and exciting accessories.
